Missouri Cattlemen Foundation Scholarship  Deadline postmarked by September 30, 2019

Since 1997, Missouri Cattlemen Foundation has awarded 490 students with over $490,000 in scholarship funds!  The scholarship program is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students.  Each scholarship is valued at $1,000, this year the top two finalists will receive an additional $2,000.

Horatio Alger Scholarship                             Deadline October 25, 2019

As one of the nation's largest need-based college scholarship programs in the country, the Horatio Alger Scholarship Programs specifically assist high school students who have faced and overcome great obstacles in their young lives. While many programs are directed primarily to recognizing academic achievement or leadership potential, the Horatio Alger Association seeks students who have exhibited determination, integrity, and perseverance in overcoming adversity, as well as have critical financial need. 

 

Coca Cola Scholars                                    Deadline October 31, 2019

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. With the 30th class in 2018, the Foundation has provided over 6,000 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $66 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.

 

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship Program      Deadline November 13, 2019                

This highly competitive scholarship includes: Up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school. Ability to pursue any area of study.

 

Hagan Scholarship                     Due Date November 15, 2019

The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship, designed to provide each recipient with the opportunity to graduate college debt free. Recipients must graduate from a public high school located in a county in the United States having fewer than 50,000 residents. The scholarship provides up to $6,000 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters; 622 Hagan Scholars from 37 states currently attend 236 colleges and universities.

 

Burger King Scholars Program                  Due Date December 15, 2019

High school students should be graduating seniors with plans to attend a two- or four-year accredited university, college or vocational-technical school in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico. BK® employees can further their education by using the scholarship for non-degree courses such as accounting, computer or language courses.

 

Ronald Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program         Deadline January 3, 2020

The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program has received significant recognition from multiple media outlets. Most recently, the program was one of six national scholarships that received a nod from Forbes. Last year, U.S. News and World Report cited it as one of four "huge scholarships" that was worth pursuing.

 

DAR Scholarship(S)                     Deadline February 15, 2020

Each year the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) awards multiple scholarships to students showing dedication to the pursuit of higher education in diverse areas of study including history, economics, law, political science, medicine, nursing, occupational and physical therapy, elementary and secondary education, chemistry, math, science and English.

Amco Ranger is providing a scholarship opportunity for students in Missouri!

We understand the financial pressure that can come along with preparing to further your education. We want to help a student in our state pay for their college tuition by offering a $1,000 scholarship. We understand the impact that students can have on their communities. We want students to be involved in their communities and find service opportunities. We are asking students to find a service opportunity in their community, act on it, and then share their experience with us for an opportunity to be awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

AXA Achievement Scholarship              December 14, 2018 or until 10,000 applications have been submitted

The AXA Achievementsm Scholarship offers college scholarships of $2,500, $10,000 and $25,000 to high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in their activities in school, the community or the workplace. Scholarship winners are known as AXA Achievers. They are ethnically and economically diverse, but they share these qualities: ambition and drive; determination to set and reach goals; respect for self, family and community; ability to succeed in college. The scholarship is sponsored by the AXA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of AXA US.

 

 

Lead Roster Scholarship     Due December 15, 2018

The NSDAR awards multiple scholarships to students showing dedication to the pursuit of degrees in diverse disciplines including history, law, nursing, and education.The DAR Scholarship Committee awards scholarships to qualified applicants regardless of race, religion or sex. All applicants must be United States citizens. All multi-year scholarships, typically renewable up to four years, must be for consecutive years of attendance at an accredited college or university in the United States.

 

Project 21                  Deadline March 1, 2019

Project 21 2019 Scholarship Program provides students an opportunity to disseminate their message by writing an article or creating a poster or video addressing the issue of underage gambling. Project 21 Scholarships will be awarded for 2019 as follows: One $2,500.00 First Prize, and Three $1,500.00 Second Prizes.
