Any boy interested in playing JH or HS football next year, please report to the gym during Indian Minutes today. - Coach Baldwin


Any girls that are wanting to play high school softball or basketball next year need to come by Coach Rowden's room during Indian Minutes to pick up summer league schedules.

There will be a guitar class offered next year for grades 9-12 during 3rd hour. You must have your own guitar and you will need to let Mrs. Waller know by Friday if you are interested in taking this class.


Thursday, May 25 Pike County Memorial Hospital Vandalia Clinic will be hosting FREE physicals. Grades 9-11 at 3:00 – 4:30 pm and Grades 6-8 at 4:30 -6:00 pm.  These physicals will be good for next year sports seasons. You must have a parent permission form signed by a parent, forms are on the ledge at the office along with physical forms.


All students need to check the lost and found on the table outside the office, if you see your items take them or they will be disposed of.  Thanks!


Spring Athletic Awards will be on Friday, May 26 at 5:30 pm.


All high school track members need to return their uniforms to Coach Cross or Coach Baldwin beforeFriday.


Students- This is a reminder that the last checkpoint for good standing is the last day of school.  At that checkpoint, if you are out of good standing, or on the watch list, that will be your standing until mid-term of the 1st quarter next year.  Also, remember that if you fail 2 semester courses, you become ineligible according to MSHSAA, and remain ineligible for the entire first semester of the 2017-2018 school year.


Lunch:  Chicken Nachos w/white queso & Spanish rice, Smothered Burrito, fresh garden salad, texas pintos, banana orange mix, fresh fruit, or Taco salad.
